The contact form may collect your name, email, phone number, country, client type, interests and message. The register-interest forms collect your email and consent record; the detailed form may also collect an optional name, phone number and message, country, preferred language, client type and selected interests. Please do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, account credentials or financial documents.
We use contact information to respond, understand demand for future investment pathways and maintain reasonable business records. Contact and interest-form submissions are stored in the website's managed database. We may use an email delivery provider to notify Harrison Digital of a new submission; a temporary delivery failure does not prevent the website from saving the record.
We record the wording and date of your consent. We will not treat an interest registration as a client relationship or use an unverified address for marketing updates. Every commercial update will identify Harrison Digital and provide an easy way to unsubscribe.
Interest registrations are retained only while reasonably needed for the stated purpose or applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to remove your registration at any time, subject to any lawful retention requirement.
