FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What You Need to Know

What is Harrison Digital preparing to offer?

We are preparing investment-focused pathways spanning financial guidance, portfolio design, long-term planning, digital asset markets, public markets and selected emerging technologies. Harrison Digital is not currently accepting clients; availability will begin only after the required New Zealand arrangements are effective.

Who do you work with?

Our planned pathways are for eligible New Zealand investors, international investors where legally permitted, wholesale investors, businesses and institutions. Different eligibility and service boundaries will apply to each group.

Do you manage client money or execute investments?

No. Harrison Digital does not custody funds, access wallets or accounts, request credentials, or execute investments. Clients remain in control at all times.

Can international clients work with you?

Not yet. Future international availability will depend on the laws that apply in the client's location and the scope Harrison Digital can lawfully provide there. You may register your interest in English or Spanish.

Do you promise results or returns?

No. Markets and emerging technologies involve uncertainty and the possibility of loss. Our role is to improve understanding, not to promise an outcome.

How does New Zealand financial advice work?

Harrison Digital is preparing the registration, authorisation and dispute-resolution arrangements required before any future regulated financial advice service opens. We are not currently accepting clients or providing personalised financial advice.

What happens after I contact you?

We review your enquiry and aim to respond within one business day. While the business remains pre-launch, we may record your interest and explain the relevant future pathway; contacting us does not create a client relationship.

How much does it cost?

We do not publish generic packages. Once services open, fees will reflect the scope, complexity and deliverables required, and will be discussed privately and confirmed in a formal written proposal before any work begins.

Is sector content a recommendation to invest?

No. Sector content is general research and education. It is not an offer, endorsement or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or product.

What is Harrison Digital Academy?

Academy is our upcoming collection of courses, guides, ebooks and audio resources. Products will be educational and available in English and Spanish.

What is a wholesale investor?

Wholesale investor eligibility depends on criteria under New Zealand law and is assessed separately. Wholesale investors may receive fewer protections than retail investors. Registering interest does not confirm wholesale status.

Where are you based?

Harrison Digital is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our planned reach includes New Zealand and, where legally permitted, international investors, with communication available in English and Spanish.
